Overview
In Credo.com, you can order, view, and download Instant Merge Credit Reports to evaluate a borrower’s creditworthiness and assess potential risk directly within your workflow.
Ordering Instant Merge Credit Reports
Click Order in the navigation menu.
Select a product in the Credit Products menu.
Scroll to the Application Info section, select an option from Repositories menu or select Individual Bureaus to specify bureaus to include in the report.
Note: Individual Bureaus is not applicable for CSD or LOE products.
Select Individual or Joint.
If you need to enter a PIN code to unfreeze a credit file, click the accordion control to the left of Additional Applicant Information.
Select the checkbox confirming your client’s consent to use the PIN.
Enter the PIN code in the relevant text field.
Enter the applicant‘s current address.
Notes:
If the co-applicant's address differs from the primary address, select the checkbox associated with the co-applicant.
When a borrower has a military address, a specific state, city, and zip code must be used for a successful validation. Review Entering Military Addresses for more information.
In the Notes field, add notes and/or a loan number that can be transferred with your order.
Review and verify applicant information, then click Order Products.

You can now order Instant Merge Credit Reports from within Credco.com.
