Overview
You can request an LQ GAP Credit Report via Credco.com. After placing your order for this report, you will be able to view and download it to identify any new inquiries or credit liabilities the borrower may have incurred between the initial and refreshed credit reports before closing.
Ordering Instant Merge LQ GAP Reports
Use the search criteria to locate the applicant’s original Instant Merge report, then click Search.
Select the checkbox for the applicable report.
Click Order Addl Products in the menu at the top of the Search Results list.
Select Instant Merge LQ GAP from the Credit Products menu.
Verify Application Information.
If your account has this feature enabled, you can screen loan participants against the LDP or GSA exclusion list.
To screen a loan participant, select the role.
Enter any loan participant information you want to include.
Note: Participant screening must be enabled on your account to utilize this feature on the LQ GAP report.
Click Order Products. The report should be ready within seconds for review and download.
