Overview
You can retrieve your Credit Reports from Credco.com to review, download, and print directly within your workflow.
Note: All search criteria are based on permissions granted to your user’s account.
Retrieving Instant Merge Reports
Navigate to the Search Transactions page to retrieve reports.
Enter one or multiple search parameters in the Search Criteria section.
Click Search.
Review the results and check the box for the applicable report.
Click Re-Access in the menu at the top of the Search Results list. The report is available for review and download.
Warning: If a borrower has a credit freeze in place with any credit bureau, they need to contact the bureau(s) to remove the freeze before the credit report is reordered. Once the freeze is removed, you can use the Re-Access option to reorder the initial report. Extra fees may be incurred when reordering after the lifted credit freeze.
