The Sr. Lien Status Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of senior lien attributes, including credit status, loan type and purpose, originator, servicer, maturity, foreclosure activity, and estimated lien position, to help identify risk and manage portfolio exposure more effectively.
Reviewing Sr Lien Status dashboard
Sr. Lien Credit Status: Shows the credit status of the senior lien as reported by the creditor. This can help you isolate risk before a default occurs. (Requires the Credit add-on.)
Sr. Lien - Originator: Identifies the mortgage originator (original lender) on the recorded senior lien instrument.
Sr. Lien - Servicer: Identifies the current servicer of the senior lien, using data from the credit report or the recorded instrument.
Sr. Lien Maturity: This shows the senior lien's maturity year, pulled from the original mortgage documents.
Sr. Lien – Recent Foreclosure Plaintiff: This identifies the entity that filed the foreclosure action for loans in foreclosure.
