The Credit Report Dashboard is designed to help you proactively identify credit-related risks, spot data exceptions, and efficiently segment your portfolio for review and action.
Reviewing the Credit Report dashboard
Credit Portfolio Review: This is the main data table within the dashboard, providing property-level detail for each of the credit metrics. You can typically sort and filter this list to investigate specific portfolio segments.
Bankruptcy Status: Shows the total count of properties where at least one associated borrower has an active bankruptcy filing
Property Count: This tile displays the total number of properties in the current dashboard view.
Credit Exceptions: This tile counts the number of properties where the system encountered an error while retrieving credit data.
Bankruptcy Chapter (Count): This provides a breakdown of active bankruptcies by their legal chapter (e.g., Chapter 7, Chapter 13).
