Timeline

The Dashboard Timeline is a centralized activity monitor that displays a running history of your clients' interactions with their listings and searches. This tool gives you immediate visibility into recent OneHome™ activity, enabling you to track engagement levels and view client updates without digging into individual contact records.

Manage the OneHome™ Activity Timeline.

Refresh: refreshes the timeline to display the most recent portal activity.

Settings: select to display which portal actions you'd like to view in the timeline.

Open/Close: close the timeline drawer.

Link: select a link to view additional information.

Ellipses: select the ellipses to expand the associated timeline item.

View All: view a dedicated Timeline page.

Date: select the activity timeframe.

Name/Address: filter activity by client's name or property address.

Type: select the type of activity that you'd like to view.

Settings: select to display which portal actions you'd like to view in the timeline.

Notes: reply to a client's listing note directly from the Timeline.

This dedicated Timeline page can also be accessed directly via My Matrix™ > Timeline.
