Market Watch (Customize)

Tailor your real-estate radar by configuring specific property types, geographic areas, and custom criteria so your dashboard only displays the real-time market updates and status changes relevant to your business focus.

From the Dashboard, select a Property Type on the Market Watch panel.

Results will only include listings that belong to the selected Property Type (i.e. Residential).

Select a Timeframe.

24 Hour: only activity within the past 24 hours
Today: only activity since midnight
3 Day: only activity within the past 3 days
7 Day: only activity within the past 7 days

Results will only include listing activity within the selected timeframe (i.e. 3 Day).

Select an activity to display all listings of the selected property type that have experienced that activity within the selected timeframe.

Results will only include listings that have changed with the selected activity (i.e. Price Decrease”).

Select the Refresh icon to update the number of listings affected.

Add Criteria to customize and define your specific market.

Select the “Save” icon to set the current criteria as the new default for this Market Watch item.

Saving custom criteria, like drawing a map shape to isolate listings in your market, will ensure future Market Watch searches for Residential Price Decreases reflect only your selected area.

Re-select the Save icon to access the Reset to the system default option.

Select a Property Type from the dropdown list.

This feature allows you to change the property type for your selected activity without having to return to the Dashboard.

Select a Timeframe from the dropdown list.
