Hot Sheets (Customize)

The Hot Sheets feature allows you to monitor rapid market fluctuations by tracking specific real estate activities—such as new listings, price changes, and status updates—within a precise timeframe. Unlike a static dashboard view, Hot Sheets give you the flexibility to run on-demand or customized delta-searches, ensuring you never miss a critical market shift in your target neighborhoods.

From the Hot Sheet panel, select a Timeframe Preset.

This displays all listings that have had activity within the selected timeframe.

  • New Only: new activity that hasn’t yet been viewed
  • This Session: all activity during the current Matrix™ session
  • 24 Hours: only activity within the past 24 hours
  • Today: only activity since midnight
  • 3 Day: only activity within the past 3 days
  • 7 Day: only activity within the past 7 days
  • Custom: only activity during a selected timeframe within the past 30 days
  • First-Time Run: If you've never run a particular Hot Sheet before, both “New Only” and “This Session” will default to the last 24 hours.
  • Previously Run (but not in this session): If you've run this Hot Sheet in the past but haven't used it yet in your current session, “New Only” and “This Session” will pull data based on the last time you ran it—whether that was days, weeks, or months ago.
  • Already Run in Current Session: This is the only scenario where “New Only” and “This Session” behave differently:
    • New Only: shows updates since the last time you ran the Hot Sheet within this session.
    • This Session: shows the same results as your most recent run in this session. If your earlier run was a first-time run, it may still default to the last 24 hours.
