Results Displays

Quickly manage multiple listings with the following dropdown options:

Select All: Checks every property returned in your search.

Narrow Selected: Filters your list down to only the properties you've checked, hiding the rest so you can focus on a curated shortlist.

Discard Selected: Does the opposite of Narrow—removes the checked properties from your current list and keeps everything else.

Clear Selected: Unchecks all selected properties while keeping your full results list intact.

Choose specific fields and the order in which they're displayed:

Default Grid View: displays system-configured fields in a preset order.

Custom Grid Views: select a customized grid that displays only the fields you chose in the order you specified.

List: Displays full-width rows packed with tabular data.

Split: Divides your screen to show the map on top and the list on the bottom.

Map: Expands the map visualization to fill the entire view.

Change how the properties themselves are presented:

List View: A dense tabular grid showing max data per row.

Thumbnail View: Similar to List View, but adds a small property photo to each row.

Comparison View: Arranges properties horizontally in side-by-side columns with larger photos at the top, making it simple to compare features across listings.

Gallery View: Presents properties as modern, image-forward "cards" for a visual browsing experience.

Organize your results using a smart hierarchy:

Primary Sort: Groups properties by high-level fields (e.g., Status to separate Active, Closed, and Expired listings).

Secondary Sort: Sorts listings within those main groups (e.g., sorting by Price from highest to lowest within each status).

Tertiary Sort: Breaks any ties (e.g., sorting properties with the same price by the highest number of Bedrooms first).

Opens an intuitive field picker where you can select exactly which property details appear in this specific List View.

Reorder fields to fit your preference.

Save your custom layouts as Grid Display Presets so they're available for your next search.

Clicking any property row opens up the familiar Summary Drawer on the right side of your screen—giving you a quick, detailed look at the property without losing your place in the list.

Full Details: Select this button to access this property's Full Display.

Displays essential property information at a glance, including quick action tools.

View Comparable Properties: Automatically generates a list of Comparables for this Subject Property.

Change Full Display: Select dropdown list to view this property's data in a modified Display.

Listing: The primary view contains detailed property specifications, including a slideshow-ready Primary Photo, General Information (construction, lot size, schools), Building Information, and a full room-by-room breakdown.

Tax: Pulls public records and tax data directly, showing tax assessment values, parcel IDs, legal descriptions, and deed references.

Photos: Photo Gallery showcasing each property photo that opens a full-screen, high-resolution media viewer. Includes category filter buttons (e.g., Front of Structure, Kitchen, Living Room) to jump directly to specific areas of the home.

Map: Displays an interactive location map for the property with multiple map views available, including Satellite imagery and Street view (where available).
