Results Action Bar
Located directly above your search results, the Results Action Bar serves as the core control panel for managing, analyzing, and sharing property data.
From this toolbar, you can quickly access your criteria to modify, apply broad actions to selected listings, or initiate specialized workflows like generating client reports and export files.
Action Bar Controls

| Criteria | Returns to the search criteria form to modify search parameters. Displays the total number of applied search criteria as a numeric indicator. |
| Match Count | Displays the total number of matching properties alongside the count of currently selected listings (e.g., "2 selected out of 15 matches"). |
| Opens the print menu to generate listing summaries, full reports, or specialized printable documents for selected properties. | |
| Print Single Line | Performs a quick export action that instantly generates a standardized, single-line PDF summary of the selected properties without opening additional print configuration menus. |
| Save | Opens options to save the current search criteria for future personal use or attach the search directly to a specific client profile. |
| Send | Provides options to deliver selected properties via direct email, configure automated recurring emails (Auto Email), or generate a shareable link for prospects not yet added as contacts. |
| CMA | Initiates the full Comparative Market Analysis wizard, automatically importing selected listings as comparable properties. |
| Quick CMA | Instantly generates a streamlined market analysis summary report containing tabular statistics (such as min, max, average, and median values) for selected listings. |
| Directions | Calculates the most efficient driving route for selected properties, providing turn-by-turn directions with options to map via Google Maps. |
| Stats | Displays tabular statistical analysis (minimum, maximum, average, and median) across key numerical fields such as price, days on market, and property specs. |
| Export | Exports selected listing data into a CSV file using either system-default or custom-built field layouts. |
| Carts | Adds selected properties to a temporary or saved cart, allowing users to collect listings across multiple separate searches for individual review or client management. |
| Switch to Classic | Toggles the current display to the legacy interface mode for compatibility with specific system features. |
| More | Expands additional action bar buttons that may be hidden based on screen size or display resolution. |
