Send
The Send action enables agents to deliver property listings directly to clients and prospects through direct email, automated recurring notifications, or lightweight shareable links. Choose from several flexible options to fit your communication workflow and client portal requirements.
From the Criteria section, add your search criteria.
For more information, see Search Criteria in the Search section.
Generate your results in either Display or Map View.
Select the properties you'd like to send.
From the Action buttons, select Send then choose an option.
Sends one or more of your contacts a direct email notification that includes your selected properties.

Add contact(s) to send to.
Click the Send To text box to search your contacts or add a new email address.
Add a Subject line.
Enter a subject line that clearly summarizes the email for your recipient.
Add a Message.
Type a personalized message or greeting to give your contact context about the listings you're sharing.

| BCC me a copy of all emails | Toggle this option on to send a blind carbon copy (BCC) of this email notification to your own email address for your records. |

Choose how the listings are delivered to your recipient: • PDF Report: Sends the selected listings as an attached printable document. • OneHome Link: Sends an interactive link that directs your contact to view the listings live in the OneHome™ client portal. |
Auto Email
Automatically sends properties - based on the search criteria - to a specific contact at predetermined scheduled times.

Add contact(s) to send to.
Click the Send To text box to search your contacts or add a new email address.
Add a Subject line.
Enter a subject line that clearly summarizes the email for your recipient.
Enter a personalized note for your contact using the message tabs:
- Welcome Message: The initial introductory email sent when the Auto Email is first created.
- Recurring Message: The automated update message your contact will receive with all future listing notifications.

| Show this contact in Reverse Prospecting results | Allows listing agents with matching properties to see your contact as a prospective buyer. When turned off, your contact remains hidden from all reverse prospecting queries. |

Pins this auto email search to the My Favorite Searches panel on the Matrix™ Dashboard for quick, one-click access. Panel is limited to 10 favorite searches. |
| Enable concierge mode |
Holds matching listings in an approval queue, allowing you to review and hand-pick properties before they are sent to your client. Enabling Concierge Mode disables the automated Schedule settings below, as notifications are triggered manually by your approvals. |

Sets how often automated notification emails are delivered to your contact: • Frequency: Choose delivery intervals such as Daily, Weekly, or Custom days. • Time Slot: Select Morning or Evening delivery preference. • Day Toggles: Enable or disable specific days of the week for custom schedules. |

Share Link
Generates a direct, shareable link to a selected group of listings. This allows you to quickly send properties to prospective clients via text message or email without needing to add them as an official contact in the system or set up a full OneHome™ portal account.

Enter a custom name to help your prospect easily identify this collection of properties.
Select the "Generate Link" button.
Copy the Share Link.

Send to your prospect.
Paste the link into your preferred messaging app, email, or text message to send directly to your prospect.

The Share feature is the ideal way to send listings to potential clients without needing to create a formal contact or set up a full portal account.
Prospects viewing shared listings receive read-only access. To give buyers full access to OneHome™ portal features—such as saving favorites, adding notes, or setting up searches—they must be added to Matrix™ as a registered contact.
