Results Map

The Map Toolbar sits directly above the map display and contains essential tools for customizing data overlays, measuring commute times, and controlling view perspectives.

Tool / Option	Description
Layers	Opens a drawer containing categorical visual overlays. Map Toolbar Details: Available Layers Category Individual Layers Boundaries Parcels, Zip Codes, City Limits, County Lines, Unified School Districts, Neighborhoods, Flood Zones, Schools, Public Transportation MLS Status Active, Closed / Sold, Expired, Temporarily Off Market, Withdrawn Tax Data Tax Sales 3 Months, Tax Sales 6 Months, Tax Sales 9 Months, Tax Sales 12 Months Parcel Characteristics Lot Area, APN, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Building Area, Owner Name, Property Address Trends Median Sale Price, Sales Activity, Median Square Footage, Foreclosure Counts, Foreclosure Percentage (all configurable by Zip, Neighborhood, or Property Type) Points of Interest Arts & Entertainment, Banking & Finance, Education, Fire & Emergency, Food & Dining, Gas Stations, Health Care, Libraries, Post Offices, Religious Organizations, Shopping, Sports & Recreation Click here to view the Map Layers image.
Clear Shapes	Clears any manually drawn shapes or geometric boundaries currently applied to the map.
Layout Controls	List: Displays full-width rows packed with tabular data. Split: Divides your screen to show the map on top and the list on the bottom. Map: Expands the map visualization to fill the entire view.
Commute Time	Calculates travel time to a designated target destination based on real-time traffic data, departure windows, and arrival preferences.
Jump to Location	Instantly repositions the map to a manually entered address or a system-defined preset area without manual scrolling.
Recenter	Refocuses the map back to its default central view point.
Save Default View	Saves the current zoom level and map coordinates as your personal default starting view, or restores system defaults.

Display Modes & Zoom

• Base Map Views: Switch between standard Map, Satellite, and Terrain view modes depending on your visual preference.
• Zoom Controls: Use the + and - buttons on the map display or the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
• Full Map View Note: To expand the map from a split view to a full map view, select the Map button located in the Layout Controls section of the Map Toolbar.

Layer Overlays

• School Overlay: An optional school overlay can be toggled on directly from the map controls or the Layers menu to view nearby educational institutions.

Marker Clustering

• When zoomed out over high-volume search areas, property markers aggregate into numerical clusters to maintain visual clarity.
• Click directly on a cluster or zoom in closer on the map to expand the cluster into individual property markers.

Property Summary Panel

• Clicking on an individual property marker (or clicking directly on a listing) opens a high-level Summary Panel.
• The summary panel includes:
  • A photo slideshow to preview property images.
  • Key property details such as MLS number, property category/type, listing agent name, and agent contact information.
