Listing Floor Plans

The Floor Plans section allows agents to add, organize, and manage floor plan files associated with a listing, ensuring potential buyers and system users have access to property layout details.

Add Floor Plan

From a listing, select the Floor Plans tab.

Select the Add Floor Plans button to open the upload area.

Upload your floor plan file using one of two methods:

Drag and Drop: Drag supported files directly from your computer into the upload window.
Browse: Click the Browse button to select files from your hard drive.

Accepted file formats include PDF, JPEG, HEIF, and HEIC.

Manage Floor Plan

Click here to view the Floor plan card image.

Element	Description
Filename & Link	Displays the uploaded file name. Clicking the link opens or downloads the file preview.
File Size	Displays the total file size in kilobytes (KB).
Description	Allows input of additional context or notes regarding the floor plan.

Enter a brief file description.

Select the ellipses to configure management options.

Action	Description
Move Forward	Shifts the floor plan card forward one position in the display order.
Move Backward	Shifts the floor plan card backward one position in the display order.
Download	Downloads a local copy of the document to your device.
Delete	Removes the floor plan from the listing entirely.

Save or Submit your changes.

Submit: Saves changes and publishes floor plans directly to the live listing.
Save as Incomplete: Saves uploaded floor plans without publishing them to the live system yet.

Batch Actions

Select the Actions drop-down menu above the cards to perform actions across multiple selected floor plans.

Action	Description
Select All	Selects all uploaded floor plan cards in the workspace.
Delete	Removes all currently selected floor plans from the listing.
Clear All	Deselects all currently selected floor plan cards.
