Overview
Depending on your organization’s setup, Income Analysis can be conveniently accessed through the Encompass® Desktop Application, via the Encompass Web Application, or directly within the AutomatIQ® Borrower Portal. This article details each of these methods for accessing Income Analysis.
Access Income Analysis from Encompass Desktop Application
Sign in to Encompass Desktop then select the loan from your Pipeline.
From the loan record, select Order Additional Services from the left-hand navigation bar.
In the Additional Services dialog, navigate to the My Providers tab and select CoreLogic Income Analysis.
Tip: If you do not see CoreLogic Income Analysis under My Providers, you can find it under All Providers.
Click Submit. The Income Analysis Order window will open.
Access Income Analysis from Encompass Web Application
Sign in to Encompass Web.
From the homepage, click the Pipeline tab and select a loan from the list of records.
Select Services from the left-hand navigation bar, then click All Services from the drop-down menu.
From the All Services page, click Order Service in the upper right-hand corner, and the Order Service dialog box will open.
From the Order Service dialog:
Select Additional Services from the Categories menu.
Select CoreLogic Income Analysis from the Providers menu.
Click Next.
The Income Analysis Order page will open.
Access Income Analysis from AutomatIQ Borrower Portal
Go to AutomatIQ Borrower and sign in using your AutomatIQ Borrower credentials.
After sign-in, you will be directed to the My Loans page.
Click Start a New Loan in the upper right corner of the page, and the Let’s Get Started page will open.
