Overview
Credco.com allows users to easily enhance or update existing credit reports by adding supplemental upgrades in the form of new products and services. This article covers the steps to request a credit report enhancement, ensuring that you have access to all available resources to improve a credit profile.
Order a Supplemental Upgrade
From the Search Transactions page, add search criteria to find the relevant report.
Click the report Reference Number, and the Order Upgrade page will open.
Tip: You can also click Upgrade in the menu at the top of the Search Results list or select Supplemental Upgrade on the initial report to order upgrades.
Click the Product drop-down menu, and select the product you want to order.
Enter applicant(s) phone number, and then click the Type drop-down to select contact type for update.
Next, scroll to the Line Items section, click the Tradelines accordion control, and select each item to include in the order upgrade.
For each tradeline you select, select one or more applicable reason codes.
Add notes if additional context is needed.
Optionally, to add new tradelines such as utility accounts, landlord references, or missing credit accounts:
Scroll up to the Add New Tradeline section.
Click the drop-down menu to select your tradeline.
Click Add.
Scroll to the Upload Files section at the bottom of the page, and upload a signed authorization form and any supporting documentation required.
Note: You are required to upload an Authorization Form with every Merge Plus, Mortgage Only, and Anthem order.
Click Submit to complete the request.
