Overview
Smart Reports enables you to order product upgrades directly from your credit report on Credco.com using the Smart Report hyperlinks located on the PDF report. Hover on the hotspots in the following sample report to learn more about each link. The information that follows details the functionality available via Smart Report hyperlinks and the conditions required for you to use the product.
Link Descriptions
The Smart Report hyperlinks enable you to do the following:
Add or Upgrade Products: Order any additional products available on your account via the Order Additional Products page.
Supplemental Upgrade: Order credit report supplements through the Order Upgrade page.
Add/Remove Credit Repository: Add or remove bureaus on the Order Additional Products page.
Order Supplement: Request a report upgrade from a specific tradeline by clicking Order Supplement within that tradeline. This will take you to the Order Upgrade page with that tradeline already selected.
Product Prerequisites
To use Smart Report options, take note of the following:
You must have an active Credco.com account, and the links will require an active session or they will prompt you to log in.
Smart Report is available on Instant Merge and LQ products.
Your Instant Merge account must be set up for the Smart Report option, which is a standard feature on all LQ products.
