You can utilize the Parcel Map report to access the official assessor's parcel map for a property, and the Flood Map report to analyze the flood risk associated with the property's location.
Reviewing the Parcel & Flood Maps
Parcel Map: Lets you get the assessor’s parcel map for a property. The availability of this map will be dependent on Cotality’s coverage.
Flood Map: Provides the following information:
Flood Hazard Zone Status: Indicates whether the property is within a designated flood hazard zone or 250 feet of such a zone.
Flood Zone Information: Zones are color-coded on the map and include various types such as x500, B, D, A, V, and CBRA.
Location Details: Provides specific details about the property’s location, including latitude, longitude, and community information.
Map Details: Gives you the map date, panel number, and other relevant map information.
