Overview
The Liens & Events report provides detailed information on various property-related legal actions and transactions, such as foreclosures, voluntary liens, and open liens.
Reviewing liens and events
You can use the following filters to review particualr lien or event types:
View All: Display all liens and events associated with the property.
Current Owner: Shows records specifically related to the current owner.
Voluntary Liens: Filters to display voluntary events.
Involuntary Liens: Filters to display involuntary events.
Foreclosures: Filters to display foreclosure events.
Open Liens: Show liens that are currently open.
Note: If available, you can click on Check Document Availability to download and view the specific document.
