Overview
One upgrade you can request for your Instant Merge report is a Mortgage Only report. Also known as a Verification of Mortgage (VOM), a Mortgage Only credit report serves as a record of a borrower's mortgage payment history, which is often required when seeking a loan. It is utilized to confirm current mortgage balances and monthly payments, as well as to identify any late payments associated with the account.
Ordering Mortgage Only upgrades
Use the search criteria to find the applicant's Instant Merge report, then click Search.
Check the box next to the applicable report.
Click Upgrade.
Note: If this is not the first upgrade requested for the Instant Merge report, click on the reference number link and select New Order for the Mortgage Only product.
Select Mortgage Only from the product menu.
Enter the applicant’s Phone Number.
Open the Tradelines line item option.
Select the mortgage-related tradeline(s) and the applicable reason codes.
To attach documents, click Browse from the file upload box.
After selecting the document from your drive, click Upload.
Click Submit to request the report.
If the request was successful, a notification will appear. Click Ok to close.
Outcome
You can now request a Mortgage Only upgrade for your Instant Merge credit report.
