Overview
As an Administrator, you can manage privileges at the Profile level, allowing you to update privileges for groups of users at once instead of managing each user account individually.
Manage profile privileges
From the Order Dashboard (Home), open the Profile menu, then select Administration.
On the Administration screen, select the Profile Administration tab.
Select the applicable Profile Name from the list.
Tip: Use the Search field to quickly locate a profile by name.
In the Profile Privileges section, select or clear the applicable checkboxes under Features, Products, or Search.
Click Save Profile.
Note: Changes must be saved, and affected users must log in again for the changes to be effective.
