As an Administrator, you can reset a user's password directly within Credco.com. The user receives a temporary password by email, allowing them to sign in and create a new password.
Reset user passwords
From the Order Dashboard (Home), open the Profile menu, then click Administration.
From the Administration tab, select the appropriate Search by filters, enter your search criteria, and click Search.
From the search results, click the user's Name to open the user record.
From the End User Administration page, select the Password Assistance tab.
Click Reset Password.
In the Information popup, click OK.
Note: A temporary password is generated and emailed to the user. The temporary password is valid for 3 days and will expire if not used within that period.
