Using My Search
Finding Properties Using Templates and Templates with Values
After you’ve performed a few searches, you’ll likely find you want to create some customized searches that fit into your own everyday work. You can create up to 25 Saved Forms and/or Searches to optimize your workflow constraints.
Build from an Existing MLS Template Form
At the top of the primary Search bar, select the Customize Search action link.
Click here to view the Customize Search entry link.
The dynamic configuration window opens, displaying a repository index of all available system fields served by your MLS administration node.
Click here to view the comprehensive Attribute picker workspace.
Click the X next to any item within the right-hand Selected Attributes panel to strip it from the canvas, or check individual categories on the left pane to add fresh attributes. Click Apply to commit edits.
Work with elements directly on the My Search panel to finalize. Click the Save floppy disk icon to record changes.
Click here to view the form Save icon location.
Commit Template Saving Properties
The modal Save dialog launches over the screen. Supply a completely unique identifying designation label into the input field container block.
Click here to view the Save form dialog properties.
CRITICAL DATA RULE: If you have added literal search values inside the fields, the engine automatically defaults the system state to Search template with values. If you explicitly select Search Template instead, all custom values entered into the fields will be cleared instantly.
TIP: Active Map boundaries and drawing shapes can be compiled and saved directly as part of a single criteria profile run step sequence block layout.
To Create a Fresh Blank Search Template
Open the My Search selection dropdown menu and click “Create New Search”.
Click here to view the Create New template dropdown menu selection.
The attribute matrix launches in a totally clean, unpopulated framework state. Map your fresh field requirements onto the form container layout canvas.
Click here to view the unpopulated clean configuration window view.
Open an Existing Form or Template Profile
Access the My Search dropdown tool window. Scroll through the selection framework to find all admin-configured or user-created profiles. Select any template element to dynamically populate the main input block fields instantly.
Click here to view the existing Template selection list view.
NOTE: Admin-created default searches render inside the dashboard view displaying a static Padlock icon indicator to verify they are system-wide locked parameters and cannot be overwriten.
Fork an Admin-Locked Search Template
To build a customized search template off an admin baseline, activate the locked profile from the selector index or navigate straight to the Customize Search panel:
Click here to view the baseline Admin template selector.
As soon as you alter any field checkboxes or append fresh parameter choices, the platform layout engine splits the configuration away from the core administration source, creating a brand new independent configuration workspace canvas:
Click here to view the newly forked attribute configuration view.
IMPORTANT REFRESH RULE: The index panel organizes profiles chronologically, positioning newly generated files directly at the apex of the stack. If your panel display fails to reflect recent structural tracking adjustments, clear your browser's application cache to refresh the workspace list completely.
