  4. In the submission window:

    1. Select the appropriate Business Unit from the drop-down list.

    2. Verify or enter the Loan #. If a loan number already exists in the order, it is automatically populated.

Why don't I see the Submit to FHA option?

The Submit to FHA option is only available to users with the required permissions and a configured FHA EAD connection. If you do not see this option, verify that your user account has been granted FHA submission privileges and that your EAD connection settings have been configured.

What information is required for an FHA submission?

When submitting an appraisal to the FHA EAD portal, you should confirm:

  • Business Unit

  • Loan Number

  • FHA Case Number

  • Internal Notes (optional)

  • VMP XSite status update preference (optional)

Accurate loan and FHA case information helps ensure successful submission processing.

How do I monitor the status of an FHA submission?

After selecting Send, you are returned to the Order Grid where submission-related events are displayed. These events provide visibility into the status of the FHA submission process.
