The Analysis dashboard provides multiple curated views of your portfolio data using various visualizations. These dashboards help you identify risk and make informed business decisions regarding your properties. The data displayed will only reflect information specifically requested for your portfolio properties.

Reviewing Portfolio dashboard

Portfolio analysis

  • Property-Ownership: This is the foundational view for all data in the platform. It offers insights into the total number of properties being monitored, which properties are part of a Homeowner's Association (HOA), foreclosure activity, and details on property ownership history.

  • Voluntary Lien: This view uses CoreLogic's extensive recordation data to provide a detailed assessment of all mortgage liens on a property. It includes the estimated lien position, a confidence rating for that position, property valuation, and calculated equity values.

  • Special Lien: This module identifies non-mortgage or home equity liens that could put your assets at risk. It details HOA liens, property tax liens, and other involuntary liens recorded against a property.

  • Sr. Lien Status: This view shows a senior lien (the first lien on a property). You can find information such as the credit status, loan type, loan purpose, originator, and servicer associated with the senior lien.

Order analysis

  • Orders: This screen summarizes the total number of records for which you have requested specific data sets, such as Voluntary Lien, Special Lien, Equity Analysis, and Tax Status.

  • Order Details: Provides a condensed view of all data from the Portfolio Analysis (Property Ownership, Voluntary Lien, etc.) for 365 Orders and allows the customer to filter the results to a specific file request.

Reports

  • Detailed Reports: Access reports on various segments, including Active Foreclosures, Ownership Matches, Lien Positions, HOA Liens, and Property Tax Liens.

  • Voluntary Lien Details Report: Generate a report to view all voluntary liens identified within your portfolio.

  • Credit Report: If available to your account, you can view a borrower's credit history, including bankruptcy status and other credit schedule details.

Portfolio monitoring

  • Changes: This module highlights new events and activities detected within a specific timeframe. You can easily identify changes related to property ownership, lien positions, new foreclosures, and new liens that have been recorded.

Snapshot

  • Snapshot Order Details:  Provides a view of all the data fields from the Order Details for 365 Orders and allows the customer to filter the results to a specific file request.
