How to Create a New Order on PIM

Overview

An "order" is a request submitted in the PIM application to take action on new or existing loans in your portfolio. This could be a one-time data request or an action to add, update, or drop records from continuous monitoring.


Creating a New Order

Note: Note: Complete the PIM Input Layout and Template Add file before placing a new order.

  1. Click Create New Order.

  2. Enter a unique name for the order in the Name your order field.

  3. Select an available Variant (Snapshot, 365 (monitoring), Property Ownership Report, and Fast Legal & Vesting).

    1. If you selected the 365 variant, select an Order Type: Add, Update, or Drop.

    2. If you selected Fast & Legal Vesting, check if you want the document image.

  4. Click Next to advance to the Report Criteria tab.

  5. If requesting 365 monitoring, you can include additional components, such as Voluntary Lien, Special Lien Analysis, or Property Tax Status.

    1. You can select additional add-ons with Voluntary Lien Analysis, such as Equity Analysis with AVM or Credit. With either add-on, you will need to complete the required fields.

  6. Click Next to advance to the Loan Data section.

  7. Choose your submission method:

    1. For a FILE ORDER, drag and drop your .csv file or click to upload it.

      Tip: You can refer to the sample file to verify that your file is formatted correctly.

    2. For a SINGLE ORDER, select the tab and manually enter the required Property and Borrower data.

  8. Click Submit. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your submission was successful.


Outcome

You can successfully submit an order using PIM.
