Ordering Credit Products (Credco.com)

Overview

Credco.com enables users to purchase a range of products. This article explains how to order Credco products.

Note: The products available to you are determined by your account administrator.

Order a Credit Product

  1. Click Order in the navbar, and select a product in the Credit Products menu on the Order New Products page.  

  2. Scroll to the Application Info section and select Repositories for default repositories, or select Individual Bureaus and specify the individual bureaus.

    • Individual Bureaus is not applicable for CSD or LOE products.

  3. Select Individual or Joint to indicate whether an application is for an individual or joint borrowers.

  4. Enter applicant(s) first name, last name, and SSN.

  5. If you need to enter a PIN code to unfreeze a credit file, click the accordion control to the left of Additional Applicant Information, select the checkbox confirming your client’s consent to use the PIN, and enter the code in the relevant text field.

  6. Enter applicant(s) current address.

    Note: If co-applicant address differs from primary address, select the checkbox associated with the co-applicant.

  7. In the Notes field, add notes and/or a loan number that can be transferred with your order.  

  8. Click Order Products.


Order Status Messages

Once an order is placed, its status will display in the Order Status field on the Search Transactions page.

Following are the possible report order statuses:

  • Submitted: Displayed when an order has been completed.

  • Pending Creditor Response: Displayed until order processing is complete.

  • Lender Action Needed: Displayed when processing is on hold pending additional information, or when a conference call is pending.

  • Completed: Displayed when an order has been completed.
