Who is Credco?
Credco is a reseller of consumer reports and other information to its clients: banks, mortgage companies, and other lending institutions.
What does Credco do with personal information?
Credco discloses personal information only to companies that are authorized by the individual to access such information or to those companies that otherwise have a permissible purpose to access personal information under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Because Credco is a reseller of information that comes from other entities, Credco does not maintain a database from which new consumer reports are produced.

How can I add a new user?
You can add new users from Credco’s End User Administration page. You’ll add a user’s personal and contact details and configure their settings from this page.
Can I modify an existing user’s permissions?
Yes, assuming you have adequate administration privileges, you can modify an existing user’s permissions at any time by accessing the User Administration settings.
How can I reset a users password?
If you are an Administrator, you can reset a user’s password from the End User Administration page.
How can I disable a user?
If you are an Administrator, you can disable a user by going through the End User Administration page and selecting the Disable User setting.
How can I add a product?
To add a product, reach out to your Company Administrator for access. If you need to add a product to your company, reach out to your Sales Agent.

How can I get a copy of past invoices?
For a copy of past invoices, contact the Billing Department. If you are signed up for electronic billing, you can access past invoices on our eBilling site (eBill.credco.com). If you are not currently receiving your bills electronically, but would like to start, please email our billing department at credco.ebill@corelogic.com and they can assist you further.

I don’t understand the surcharges on my bill. Can someone explain them to me?
The surcharges on your bill are calculated by adding state sales tax, third party access fees and bureau surcharges. As these charges can vary by customer and region, you can contact a Sales Representative at (800) 255-0792 for more information regarding your specific account set up.
My account has been disabled. Who can I contact to make a payment?

How do I retrieve another copy of my credit report?
You can re-print copies of previously pulled credit reports from the Search screen.
1. Search for your file by REF or SSN. Results will be returned below the search box.
2. Select the transaction by clicking the radio button to the left of the transaction.
3. Click the 'Re-Print' button.
How do I print / export an invoice?
To print/export pricing details for a specific transaction:
1. Search for transactions by Date, Ref, SSN, or whatever criteria needed. The results will be returned below the search box.
2. Select your item by clicking on the radio button to the left.
3. Click 'Pricing Details'.
4. Click the 'Print' button to print the pricing information for that transaction.
If you would like to view invoices for your entire account, you will need to be signed up for electronic billing, or call our billing department at (800) 294-5566. To sign up for eBilling, send an email to credco.ebill@corelogic.com.
What do I do if the PDF report format is not displaying on my screen?
Acrobat Reader must be configured to display the PDF within its own application window and not in a browser window.
1. Open Acrobat Reader
2. Click 'Edit -> Preferences'.
3. Click the 'Internet' option on the menu to the left.
4. Uncheck the 'Display PDF in Browser' checkbox.
5. Click 'OK' and close Acrobat Reader.
