Monitor the digital footprint and market interest of your property listings by analyzing client and agent traffic metrics. Tracking consumer portal behavior helps you evaluate price positioning, gauge listing engagement, and generate data-driven performance reports for your sellers. All analytical columns are re-calculated nightly to ensure accurate engagement tracking.
From the Matrix™ navigation menu, hover "My Matrix" and select "My Listings".
Access your primary inventory hub to view all active property files.

Select the "Show" dropdown list then choose "My Hit Counters".

- Client Data
- Client Portals: track the number of portals your listing has reached by Direct or Auto Email.
- Client Views: monitor the cumulative number of times consumers have opened the Full Display view for this listing inside their portal.
- Client Favorites: view the exact number of buyers who have marked this property with a high-interest heart icon inside their portal.
- Agent Data
- Auto Emails: check the total number of running automated system searches that currently match your property parameters.
- Prev 14 Day Views: measure recent market momentum by tracking how many times the listing was viewed over the past two weeks.
- Agent Published: verify the number of times this listing triggered a match in Concierge mode and was approved and sent out by the buyer's agent.
- Agent Rejected: view how many times an agent using Concierge mode chose to reject or filter out your listing before dispatching updates to their client.
- Agent IDX Views: track how many times the property details were publicly viewed from an integrated IDX website.
- Agent Views: review the total number of times cooperating real estate professionals have opened the Full Display sheet for your property within the Matrix™ platform.
