Marketing vs. Non-Marketing Access on Property List

Prev Next

Overview

Property List provides two distinct user experiences—Marketing and Non-Marketing—to ensure compliance and accommodate different business needs. This article explains the difference in access and how the platform automatically manages data based on your user type.

Marketing Experience

  • Purpose: This experience is designed for lead generation, targeted direct mail campaigns, and other solicitation efforts.

  • Compliance: The system automatically adheres to compliance rules by scrubbing every export against DMAChoice preferences.

  • Geographic Restrictions: The marketing experience automatically suppresses non-mailable geographies. For instance, marketing users cannot access South Carolina due to state law restrictions.
