Overview
With Property List, you can create highly targeted lists based on various characteristics such as geography, ownership types, property traits, mortgage details, and homeowner predictions—helping to achieve your real estate, marketing, or lending objectives.
Creating & Exporting a List
Define the geographic area using Select on map or Define criteria:

Open the drop-down menu to switch between map views (State, Counties, Zip Code, or Draw Custom Area) and select your preferred view.
To create a custom boundary, use the polygon tools (free-draw or circle) and click a specific area on the map to place the boundary.
Define criteria
Select from available boundary options (City, County, State, or Zip code).
Click Add Criteria to apply your selected boundary.
After setting the geographic boundary, click Next: Select criteria.
Choose a filter type from any of the five categories (Geography, Property Ownership Type, Property Characteristics, Mortgage Characteristics, Homeowner Predictions).
Select each filter option you wish to use, and then click Add criteria to apply.
Once your criteria are set, click Next: Select fields.
Choose specific fields to include in your final CSV file, or use the Select All feature.
Click Next: Export options after selecting the additional property data.
Clean and manage your list using the export tools to remove previously exported data or duplicate records.
Available Exporting Tools
Remove Previously Exported Records
Select the method(s) to identify which records to remove.
CLIP: Use when you want the cleanest view of unique physical properties across different, especially for portfolio analysis or property-level marketing.
Mailing Address: Use to target unique owners, such as for investor outreach or absentee owner campaigns.
Property Address: Use to target properties by physical location, such as door-to-door campaigns or neighborhood canvassing.
Choose one or more of the previously used records.
Click Remove records.
You will get confirmation that the purchased records have been removed. Click Ok to close.
Remove duplicate properties
Select to deduplicate by property or mailing address.
Dedupe by property address: Use to get one row per physical address, useful for property-based marketing or analysis; not ideal if you need records of all transactional (sellable) properties that may have the same physical street address.
Dedupe by mailing address: Use to target unique owners (e.g., investors with multiple properties at the same address); not ideal if needing to capture all individual properties owned or understand the full portfolio scope.
Click Remove duplicates.
You will get confirmation that the duplicated records have been removed. Click Ok to close.
Tip: If your goal is to analyze full historical detail, multiple ownerships, or transaction records, deduping may remove important context.
Set record limits
Enter the desired maximum in the Enter a limit box.
Check the green box to apply.
Note: The system will export the first (number provided) based on internal ordering logic.
Enter a descriptive name in the Criteria and Export Name box for future identification.
(Optional) If you wish to use this filter set again, click Save Criteria.
Click Export List.
Navigate to the Purchased Lists page.
Click the three dots next to your list to select Download List.
Outcome
You will successfully define, filter, optimize, and download a CSV file containing your targeted property list.
