ListSource Users Interested in Property List

What's the difference between Property List and ListSource?

Property List is a modern rebuild of ListSource with faster performance, a cleaner design, and new capabilities built for direct mail, research, diligence, and analysis—especially where detailed property and mortgage data is key.

Can I still build the same types of lists I used to pull on ListSource?

Yes—the core filtering logic is retained, with new enhancements rolling out regularly. If you're interested in trying it out, you can click here for a free evaluation.

Will my saved lists and purchases carry over from ListSource?

Saved lists will not carry over. We recommend downloading your lists from ListSource if needed. You'll easily be able to recreate and save new criteria in Property List.

Can I still purchase lists à la carte, or do I need a subscription?

Property List is currently subscription-based with flexible volume tiers. À la carte list downloads will be available starting September 2025 in our e-commerce experience.

How do I suppress records I've already downloaded or mailed to?

Built-in suppression and deduplication tools ensure you don't waste money on duplicate records.

Is the data the same as what I was getting from ListSource?

Yes—Property List uses the same trusted Cotality data, with improvements to fill rates.

What's the difference between the marketing and non-marketing experience?

The marketing experience automatically suppresses non-mailable geographies and adheres to DMA compliance. The non-marketing experience is unrestricted and intended for research and diligence. For example, marketing users cannot access South Carolina due to state law, but non-marketing users can.

What is the maximum limit of ZIP Codes you can paste at one time?

You can paste up to 5,000 ZIP Codes at once in Property List.

How long are my lists available in Property List?

Your lists remain available for up to three years, and you can suppress them during that time.
