Reviewing the Listing History report
Photos: Up to 25 of the most recent listing photos for the subject property.
History: Includes up to 10 listing history records, up to 10 years.
Recent Listing Info: The property's most recent listing details.
Agent/Broker Info: The most recent listing and broker information.
Value Trend: The last 24 months of listing activity for the subject property's zip code, by month.
