Overview
You can generate combined pricing details across multiple credit transactions in Credco.com by searching with more than one loan number. This permission‑based, optional application add‑on is designed for clients who need to review and price related transactions that span multiple loans (loan numbers).
Important feature considerations:
To combine transactions across multiple loan numbers, search exclusively from the Loan Number field.
You can search up to five (5) loan numbers at once, separated by commas.
If you search using any field other than Loan Number (e.g., Applicant SSN, Reference Number, Account #), you will only be able to combine transactions that share the same loan number.
If you search by other fields, such as Applicant Last Name, while attempting a multi‑loan combination, the system displays a Search Criteria Validation error message.
Search multiple loan numbers for combined credit pricing
Log into Credco.com using your credentials.
From the Search tab, enter up to five (5) loan numbers, separated by commas, into the Loan Number field.
Click Search.
In the Search Results, select the checkboxes next to all transactions you want to include in the combined pricing details.
Tip: When reviewing your search results, hover over or select the paper-and-pencil icon to confirm you’ve chosen the correct loan number(s) before continuing
Click Pricing Details.
Review the Details and Pricing screen to see pricing information for all transactions you selected.
Note: The Applicant Information is pulled from the oldest transaction in the list, while the Loan Number shown in Details and Pricing reflects the most recent loan.
