How to Order Rapid Recheck (Rescore)

Overview

Upgrade your credit order with a Rapid Recheck (rescore) to permanently update national repository records with verified changes, such as paid-off balances or corrected account information, and receive a refreshed FICO® Score.


Order Rapid Recheck

  1. Sign in to Credco.com using your credentials.

  2. On the Order Dashboard (Home), locate the report you want to upgrade with a Rapid Recheck, then click + Order Upgrade.

  3. Locate the Rapid Recheck/Rescore product, then click New Order.

  4. On the Upgrade Order screen, review and confirm the information in the Applicant Information section.

  5. If applicable, enter the AU Code.

  6. Enter the applicant’s phone number in the Phone field.

  7. Select the phone type from the Type dropdown menu.

    Tip: Select Add Another Phone to add an additional contact number. Use the Primary option to designate the applicant’s primary phone number, or select X to remove a number.

  8. Enter any special instructions in the Notes field.

  9. In the Status Notification Emails section, click Add Another Email to optionally add up to two additional recipients for order status notifications.

  10. From the Line Items section, select the Tradelines, Inquiries, or Public Records tabs to locate the item(s) you want to update, then click View.

  11. Select the action(s) to perform on your order using the Verify Balance/Terms, Verify History, Delete Item, and Bureau Selection dropdowns.

    Note: Selected actions appear in the Requested Work banner.

  12. Enter any additional details about the request in the Notes field.

  13. Click Apply Changes.

    Tip: Line items with requested work display Yes and Notes tags. The Notes tag appears only if notes were added to the request. Use the pencil icon to edit or the X to remove line item actions.

  14. In the Upload Files section, add supporting documentation by dragging and dropping files into the upload area or by clicking browse files and selecting files from your local drive.

    Note: A Borrower Authorization Form is required. Also upload any supporting documentation, such as tradeline payoff statements.

  15. Click Submit Order to place the order.
