Overview
You order a redemption statement to obtain official payoff amounts and instructions for delinquent loans. Ordering statements through the portal lets you start the quote process and download the completed payoff documentation once it's processed.
Steps
Select the loan from the Loans dashboard or click the loan number in another dashboard.
Click More Actions in the upper-right corner.
Select Order Redemption Statement.
Select the Order Type (such as SPLD - Special Load or FORB - Forbearance).
Enter the File Name for the statement request.
Click Save.
In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes to proceed.
When the document is available, click Redemption Statement to open it in a new window.
Click the download link next to the order to retrieve the statement PDF.
Outcome
You have submitted and downloaded an official redemption statement. You can now verify delinquent tax figures and process payments directly or forward payment instructions to the taxing agency.
