Overview
You generate tax statements to create official tax receipts and verification documents for individual loans. Generating these statements in the portal lets you review historical installment payments, view paid amounts, and export PDF copies for borrowers or audits.
Steps
Search for and select the loan to open the Loan Details page.
Click More Actions in the upper-right corner.
Select Tax statement.
Select the date range for the statement, or leave it empty to include all available annual records.
Click Submit.
Click the generated statement to download the PDF.
Outcome
You have generated and downloaded an official tax statement showing the parcel payment status, taxing agency details, and verified payment history.
