Overview
You modify loan and parcel records to update borrower mailing details, adjust hold codes, or correct parcel line information. Managing these attributes directly ensures that tax reporting, notification letters, and payment disbursements remain accurate.
Steps
Select the loan from the Loans dashboard or click the loan number in another dashboard.
Click the Edit icon.
Select the applicable Modify Loan actions (For example, Edit loan, Edit address, Edit mailing address, Edit lien, or Add lien).
Edit Loan
You can edit the following fields:
Loan number
Loan Amount
Service Type (Escrow or Non-Escrow)
Comments
Edit Address
You can edit the following fields:
Borrower’s full name
Stree number
Street name
City
State
Zip code
Edit mailing address
You can edit the following fields:
Contact 1 (Defaults to Borrower’s First Name)
Contact 2 (Defaults to Borrower’s Last Name)
Address
Ext. address
City
State
Zip code
Edit Lien
After selecting Edit Lien, click on the applicable lien. You can then edit the following lien information:
Agency name/number (Type to search for a new agency)
Tax ID number (Auto-populates if available)
Status (Active or Inactive)
Lien type (Escrow or Non-Escrow)
Pending Appointments
Comments
Add lien
To include additional liens, input the following:
Agency name/number (Type to search for a new agency)
Tax ID number (Auto-populates if available)
Lien type (Escrow or Non-Escrow)
Pending Appointments
Make the required edits for the action, then click Save or Add lien.
Outcome
Your changes are applied to the loan record, and a timestamped entry is added to the History tab to maintain an audit trail of all updates.
