Exporting Search Results
If you need to export your property data, you can perform a direct export of the active Table layout, or configure a fully customized data pull to generate a standalone CSV file compatible with Microsoft Excel.
Isolate Target Records for Export
Select the specific records you would like to export from your grid list. If you have a long list of search results, click the check box at the top apex of the index column to flush out all current selections, then manually tick only the properties you want to export.
Initialize Export Configuration Window
Click the Export option button situated at the base toolbar of the Search Results Table and select one of the following integration modes:
- Quick Export: Exports the data columns currently visible on your Search Results Table. You can toggle checkboxes to drop elements out of the file, but you cannot introduce new data categories from this window view.
Click here to view the Quick Export configuration dialog panel.
- Customize Export: Grants full access to append extra data layers. You can cherry-pick fields from the complete repository of search attributes. The layout rules you select save automatically to run as your default pattern for future export actions.
Click here to view the Custom Export attribute management matrix layout.
Refine and Run Data Generation
Review the active attributes listing column to adjust any final field inclusion rules, then click the final Export action button to process file construction.
DATA INTEGRITY WARNING: Depending on the density of property records compiled within your query download pipeline, compiling the sheet files may require a short processing duration. Do not close your browser tab or navigate away from the workspace manager until the data download registers complete.
