Downloading Search Results
The Download utility allows you to compile your active property search records directly into structured, printer-ready PDF documents available for local storage or client distribution.
Isolate Target Records for Download
Select the specific property record(s) you would like to package. If your search yielded a massive list of results, clear the master selection checkbox situated at the apex of the grid column to drop all active highlights, then check only the specific lines you want to compile into PDF format.

Configure Output Format Parameters
Click the Download control button located at the base toolbar of the Search Results Table, and select your preferred document structural layout framework:
- Report: Compiles the comprehensive property detail report pages into the file.
System limit: Maximum of 25 property records per batch download. - Map and Table: Generates a hybrid layout displaying an image of the map viewport alongside matching data rows from the results spreadsheet.
System limit: Maximum of 100 results per batch download. - Map Only: Extracts only the visual map canvas image exactly as it renders on your current search screen.
System limit: Maximum of 100 results per batch download. - Table Only: Packages only the selected data text blocks and active attributes displayed on the Search Results Table.
System limit: Maximum of 100 results per batch download. - Cards Only: Exports only the structured profile layout blocks from the Search Results Card View format.
System limit: Maximum of 50 card results per batch download.
Generate Document PDF
Click the Print or execution action button inside the download popover window. The layout engine instantly generates a separate secure browser tab hosting your newly compiled PDF document, ready for immediate download, filing, or local printing.
DOCUMENT SPACING NOTE: Because public record text blocks vary significantly in character length (and some tax records may completely lack particular values), summary sheets enforce a standardized format spacing protocol. While this prevents a true compressed "one-liner" print layout, it ensures your chosen custom column configurations print cleanly in a balanced, highly professional presentation alignment.
