Smart Recall for My County
The last county selected in your My Region workspace panel is automatically cached and recalled by the system setup engine each time you log in to the application platform.
Changing My County
Launch the Change County panel overlay framework. Select a single target county or municipal zone parameter from the consolidated repository checklist of all regional jurisdictions served directly by your core MLS infrastructure group.

Executing the Governed Search Area
Execute your desired criteria lookup parameters. The query runner automatically anchors your bounds, parsing and serving back only real estate property entries that exist explicitly inside the geocoded limits of your freshly set zone selection rule:

The county you choose remains the hard baseline search default when inputting any query attributes. This architecture means you do not need to manually specify a zip code, city, or secondary county boundary metric directly within the criteria lines, since the parent Change County panel ruleset completely governs the engine bounds.
NOTE: If you explicitly type an alternative zip code or absolute street address profile situated inside a different county profile partition accessible to your platform configuration tier, the engine allows the dynamic query loop to pass, and Realist seamlessly yields results matching that specific entered criteria location.
