Precision Filter Corrections: We’ve refined the underlying logic for portfolio filters to ensure your data views are consistently accurate and reliable across both PIM v1 and PIM in Araya environments.
Smart Navigation to Asset Details: To streamline your workflow, clicking a Loan Number on the Property Details page now uses dynamic navigation. This will automatically direct you to the correct Application URL, saving time and reducing manual searches.

PIMv1: New Mortgage Details Report
Navigating complex lien data just got easier. We’ve launched a new Mortgage Details Report designed to streamline your review process:
Row-Level Granularity: Access all mortgage liens in a single, detailed view.
Key Data Access: Critical fields such as Release Date and Mortgage Type are now available directly within the report, eliminating the need to navigate to individual property detail pages.
Improved Evaluation: This update provides a clearer picture of your portfolio’s health, making it easier to identify and manage specific lien details at scale.
