Overview
You can model different property valuation scenarios to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of potential home renovations. By entering a property address and adjusting key characteristics, you can determine how modifications affect the overall home valuation. This process helps you provide accurate estimates to buyers, sellers, or insurance clients without manual guesswork.
Model Property Valuation Scenarios
In the Araya® portal, click the AVM Composer tile.
In the Search by address field, enter the property address.
a. Select the target address from the auto-suggested list to load the property details.In the Scenario panel, select the radio button for the scenario you want to model (such as Add Bedroom or Add Pool).
To save your scenario results, perform one of the following actions:
a. Click Export Report to generate a PDF copy of the scenario results.
b. Click Add to Favorites to save the property record for quick access in the future.

You have customized property characteristics and modeled a revised valuation scenario. You can now use these dynamic valuation insights to guide client consultations, run insurance coverage scenarios, and export reports to support your business needs.
