Overview
Before your users can access Credco® as a service in Encompass®, you must first set up the required credentials in the Encompass® Web Portal. Once these credentials are configured, your users can immediately order credit products within their existing workflow—without switching systems or disrupting loan processing.
Before you begin, locate your Credco credentials, which were provided in your product onboarding email(s). You'll need the following to complete the setup:

Automated Underwriting System (AUS) Reissue Username
Automated Underwriting System (AUS) Reissue Password
Credential setup
Sign in to the Encompass® Web Portal using your administrator credentials.
From the Admin page, select Services from the left-navigation panel, then select Services Management.
From the Category dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, select Credit.
Locate the Cotality Credco tile.
Click the vertical ellipses (⋮).
Select Credentials.
Under the Company Credentials section, click the Add button.
In the Name field, enter a descriptive name for the company credentials.
Optionally, enter a description for the credentials in the Description field.
Enter your AUS Reissue Username.
Enter your AUS Reissue Password.
Enter the Username provided in your onboarding email.
Enter the Password provided in your onboarding email.
In the Users section, add the users who will access the service. Use the Organizations or Users list to locate them. Once located, click the move icon (—>) to transfer users from the left-side Category panel to the right-side Selected Entities panel. Use the Search icon to search for a specific user. Use the Down Arrow icon to expand the Category folders
Best Practice: Enable the service at the highest organizational level to ensure all Encompass users can access it and that new users automatically receive access when onboarded.
Once all users have been moved to the Selected Entities panel, click the checkbox to select all users.
Click Save.
Important Note: When adding additional users to an Encompass service that has already been setup, make sure the new user(s) are added to both the Service Provider Setup users list and the User Credentials users list.

You can configure the required Credco credentials in Encompass, allowing users to order credit products directly within their existing workflow.
