How to Generate Usage Reports on Araya

Overview

The Araya Admin Center allows you to generate detailed usage reports to monitor your organization's activity for specific products.


Generating a usage report

Note: Usage tracking is currently available exclusively for Property Intelligence (PI).

  1. Navigate to the Usage tab in the Subscription view.

  2. Enter a Start Date and End Date to establish the reporting period.

  3. Click the Download Report button to generate and download the usage data in a CSV format.

Reading a usage report

The downloaded CSV report contains detailed information about each transaction. The report includes the following columns:

  • Billable: Indicates if the specific transaction was a billable event.

  • Login ID: The unique login identifier for the user who performed the action.

  • First Name: The first name of the user.

  • Last Name: The last name of the user.

  • Qty: The quantity of the item used in the transaction (e.g., number of reports pulled).

  • Address/Credit: Specifies whether the transaction consumed an address lookup or a credit.

  • Product Code: The internal code for the product used.

  • Product Description: A description of the product accessed.

  • SubProduct: The specific sub-product or feature that was used.

  • Period: The billing period in which the usage occurred.

  • Usage Date: The exact date and time the transaction was recorded.

  • DocNumber: A unique document or transaction number for the record.

  • CLIP: CoreLogic Listing Information Platform (CLIP) identifier.

  • APN: Assessor's Parcel Number for the property.

  • Address: The street address of the property that was accessed.

  • City: The city of the property.

  • State: The state of the property.

  • ZIP5: The 5-digit ZIP code of the property.


Outcome

You can now access and generate Usage reports for your subscriptions.
