Reviewing Order History & Downloads

You can reach the History page through the Orders menu. The page contains the following details:

Portfolio Name: The name of the portfolio used for the order.
Variant: Specifies the type of order made or on-demand product ordered (e.g., Snapshot, Create, Update, Portfolio Settings, etc.).

Input File: A copy of the file you uploaded initially.
Note: The input file may differ from the one CoreLogic uploads. Clients must align varying headers with the PIM template before processing.
Output File: The resulting data file in .csv format becomes available once the order is complete.
Details - Provides further details about the order, including Record Count, Requested data sets (e.g., lien analysis, equity analysis), and the First & Last Date/Time the output file was retrieved.
Order downloads
The Downloads page is where you can find your "Change Files" or ad hoc files.
Change Files Tab: For clients using 365 monitoring, this tab contains your monthly change files. A change file is a monthly summary showing all changes in the portfolio during the previous month, such as lien position or ownership changes.
Ad-Hoc Files Tab: A location where CoreLogic can provide you with any non-standard files for special purposes.
