Overview
You can order LoanSafe™ Fraud Manager within Encompass® Desktop to enhance your fraud management processes effectively and ensure the security of your operations.
Ordering LoanSafe™ Fraud Report
After selecting your borrower's loan select the Services tab on the left navigation menu.
Click Order Fraud/Audit Services.
Next select CoreLogic LoanSafe™ from the My Providers tab.
Click Submit.
Select the LoanSafe™ Product. If your account allows multiple CoreLogic fraud products, options will appear in the dropdown.
Scroll down to the Participant List. These individuals will be screened against key regulatory watchlists. The displayed participants are loaded from the loan’s file contacts.
Deselect any Participants you don’t want screened.
Click Submit. Your LoanSafe Fraud Manager Report will be delivered in seconds. A copy of the report will be automatically delivered to your eFolder.
Reviewing an Existing Report
A copy of your report will be available in your e-folder.
You can return to the view order page by clicking the report icon found next to Order Fraud/Audit services.
From the Services window highlight your completed Order.
Click the Retrieve button.
Click Rerun Order from the LoanSafe™ integration page. This will resubmit the loan to update your LoanSafe report. Actions in LoanSafe Connect will appear on the updated report after rerun.
Click View LoanSafe™ Report to open the report in an embedded window in Encompass.
To launch LoanSafe™ Connect in a separate browser click Launch LoanSafe™ Connect. This enables you to clear conditions, compare reports, and manage watchlist participants.
Click Update LOS to upload an Alert Summary to the Encompass eFolder. This will detail which alerts have been cleared in LoanSafe Connect. This action won't refresh the entire LoanSafe report.
To close out the interface click X at the top right corner.
