Using Measurement Tool
The measurement tool, also known as the line tool, allows you to quickly calculate the exact distance between two or more points on the map layout canvas.
Measure Distance Across Map Coordinates
Click here to view the active Measurement path calculations.
Select the Measurement Tool (ruler icon) from the primary map toolbar menu.
Click anywhere on the map to place your initial anchor point and begin drawing your tracking pathway.
Continue clicking along the map layout to trace a direct line between two points or add multiple connection points to form a custom geometric tracking shape.
Double left-click directly on the map viewport at your final target destination point. This explicit action disengages the active drawing placement framework.
Left-click once anywhere on the newly completed line path. The interface instantly populates a metrics readout displaying the total calculated path length in yards.
