How to Add Client Groups and Configure Details Tab
Navigate to the top navigation bar and select Clients.
Click Client Groups and select Manage Client Groups from the drop-down menu.
In the Client Groups window, click New Group to create a new Client Group.
Enter the Group Details:
Add the Group Name. A friendly name used to identify the group.
Add the Company. The name of the client’s company; this information may be shown to borrowers during SureReceipts delivery of the appraisal.
Enter the company’s Address, City, State, and Zip.
Check the Use this lender information automatically to use the company address for any order placed by a member of this Client Group.
Enter the Group Options:
Add the Report Group. Enter a name for the report group to which this Client Group should belong. This will be used when setting up custom reports with Mercury Network®'s Client Relations.
Add the Order Routing. Using the drop-down, select the Routing Group that should be used for any orders placed by a member of this Client Group. This ensures that the correct staff will be selected to manage appraisal orders placed by members of this Client Group.
Check Allow clients to enter fee to let clients enter their own fee when ordering a product. This means that the client could enter a fee other than what is specified in the fee table. Leave this blank to automatically populate the fees you've entered for the product in VMP XSites Preferences.
Check Allow clients to select AMC/Firm so that clients placing orders on your XSite will have the option to choose the AMC from your fee panel to be assigned to the order.
Check Require sales contract so this client will always be required to upload a sales contract for orders with a loan purpose of Purchase. In order so ensure you always know the loan purpose, we recommend you place a check in the Required column for Loan purpose in the Configure order form page, so that field will always be required on your order form.
Check Provide disclosure tracking to track whether or not the disclosure is complete or pending expiration.
Select the Default Payment Methods. Check each payment method approved for the client to use when placing orders.
Complete the Group Assignment Options. Use these options to choose how orders are assigned, whether VMP comments are passed to the vendor, and which fees to use when the order is assigned.
Assign all orders for this client group to an AMC/Firm: When checked, all orders for this client group will be assigned to an AMC/Firm vendor.
Enable Unattended Assignment Mode: When this box is checked, orders received from VMP clients are automatically assigned to a vendor using your current ISS settings.
Enable Automatic Order Reassignment: When checked, this option automatically assigns expired and declined VMP orders using your ISS settings.
Stop and notify me after _ attempts: This limits the number of attempts to reassign the order before stopping to notify you.
Assignment Options: Check this box to indicate whether or not you want to pass VMP comments to the vendor.
Tip: Click 'Save' in the upper-left before modifying any further settings in this new client group.
How to Configure the Automated Tab

In SureReceipts Delivery complete the following settings:
In For this client group, select Always or Never to send a PDF copy of the appraisal to the borrower for this specific Client Group.

Select the delivery delay (e.g. immediately, hours, or business days) to determine when the appraisal report is delivered to the borrower, following order completion.

Check the box to Update VMP Client order with the document, Mark document as private, and agree to the terms, then click OK.

Select Additional recipients receive ALL notifications to send every order alert to the addresses listed in the Additional recipients field. This is the default setting.
Select the Additional recipient notifications match client setting to ensure that any notifications sent to the client user are also delivered to the email addresses listed in the Additional recipients field on the order form.
In the Documents section, check the first box to attach a custom document to each new order placed with this Client Group.
Click Upload to locate the file you want to use, select it, and click Open to upload and use it as the attachment with each new order for this group.
Check the second box to use the custom document you uploaded instead of the Product Requirements configured in your Preferences.
Note: If left unchecked, any custom documents you've uploaded are still included with the order along with any documents configured for the product ordered. How to Configure the Order Groups Tab
The Order Groups feature within Client Groups allows specific Order Groups that have been configured for your fee panel to be identified as groups of eligible or ineligible vendors. If no groups are identified as either eligible or ineligible, all vendors on your fee panel will be considered for orders originated from the client.
Click Order Groups.
Select any Order Group in the Available groups section on the left which should be included when assigning orders for this Client Group.
Click the right arrow (between Available groups and Eligible vendors) to move that Order Group to the Eligible vendors section on the top-right.
To remove any Order Group from the Eligible vendors section, select the group, then click the left arrow to move it back to the Available groups section.
To exclude any Order Group for this Client Group: Select the Group, click the right arrow (between Available groups and Ineligible vendors) to move that Order Group to the Ineligible vendors section on the bottom-right.
To remove an Order Group from the Ineligible vendors section, select the group and click the left arrow to move it back to the Available groups section.
Note: Vendors can be in more than one Order Group. If a vendor appears in a group marked as 'eligible' as well as a group marked 'ineligible', the vendor will be ineligible to receive orders for that particular client. In other words, a vendor's ineligibility always takes precedence.
Outcome
You can now configure Client Groups in Mercury Network® to provide granular control over settings for clients ordering appraisals. These configurations apply to the group collectively while allowing for specific overrides for individual group members.
