Search Results Grid
When you access Realist, the Map and the search Table results both display in Split view by default. You can adjust your workspace configuration using the Change View choices positioned at the top right corner of the dashboard canvas area.
Core Layout Settings
By default, the platform initiates within a shared configuration workspace pane layout. This allows real-time map data adjustments to interact alongside table grid rows simultaneously.
Click here to view the default layout configuration.
Modify Layout Views
Toggle between your workspace layouts depending on your active task lane requirements:
Click here to view the Change View controls.
- Split View: View both the map and search results data table simultaneously.
- Map View: Collapses the search table to show only the map grid across the viewport.
- List View: Shuts down the map element entirely to show only the search results table.
Default Sort Order: Search results are indexed and sorted chronologically by APN / Folio / Tax ID by default.
Manage Property Selections
When results are returned initially, all items are selected and mapped automatically. Your chosen selections govern what records register whenever you choose to bulk export, email, or print results.
To isolate elements, clear check boxes individually, or click the master checkbox at the top apex of the column header to completely clear all choices. This allows you to smoothly target a single isolated home to locate or run report generation cycles on.
Configure Table Columns and Status Indicators
The grid serves attributes defined by your MLS administration profile tier. You can toggle more or fewer structural columns into your workspace view using the Customize Table action controls.
Click here to view the table customization options.
COLUMN DENSITY LIMIT: You can select up to 30 data columns to display concurrently. However, appending massive attributes sets will require heavier horizontal scrolling to view workspace information.
Review this icon key to identify the four discrete status indicator columns included inside your core results row blocks:
| Indicator Option | Description & Interactive Behavior |
|---|---|
| MLS Photo Indicator | Signals that MLS photo media assets exist for the property. Click the camera icon to launch the photo viewer media player drawer. |
| MLS Listing Indicator | Verifies an active historical link exists. Click the asset icon to hop directly into the core detailed MLS listing page sheet. |
| Foreclosure Status | Tracks distressed property progression phases: • Pre-foreclosure: Default has occurred but asset remains owner-held. • Auction: Transferred to open municipal bidding cycles. • Bank Owned (REO): Unsold at auction; repossessed fully by the lender. |
| Distressed Status | Identifies transaction conditions metrics: • Short Sale: Listed pre-auction with lender approval to accept short payoff balance values. • Bank Sales (REO): Repossessed by the financial institution but working outside core court foreclosure channels. |
Show or Hide Table Columns
Click the Customize Table text link positioned immediately above your data headers row.
The selection layout drawer pops open over the screen. Check the box for any attribute column you want to map onto the table grid, filtering by left category anchors if needed.
Click Apply to commit edits to the spreadsheet grid layout, or click Cancel to back out without saving values.
Click here to view the Column selector window framework.
Sorting the Search Results
Click any column header cell label once to instantly re-index results in descending order. Click the same cell header element a second time to invert the sort logic into an ascending data sequence.
Once a column has been targeted and sorted successfully, the text header cell highlights with its directional indicator arrow rendered in bright blue:
