Overview
There are several methods for retrieving credit reports via the Credco integration with Encompass. This article provides guidance for accessing reports through the Order Status tab, Efolder, and Merge Plus menu.
Access Reports via Order Status Tab
From the Credco Integration screen, select the Order Status tab, just to the right of Order Information.
Click the Document icon for each applicable report.
The report will open in a separate window as a PDF available for review, download, and print.
Access Reports via Encompass Efolder
From the Encompass Desktop interface, select the Services tab menu at the bottom left.
Click the Document icon to the right of the Order Credit Report panel.
In the Services dialog, select the applicable report and click View Documents.
When the Document Details window opens, a PDF of the report will appear in a pane on the right side.
Access Merge Plus Supplement Reports
Merge Plus reports can be accessed from the Credco Integration screen and the eFolder.
To access from the Credco Integration screen, first click Merge Plus.
Select the View and Check Status tab, then scroll to the Attachments section and click Check Status.
When the document record appears, click MergePlus.pdf.
The report will open in a separate window as a PDF available for review, download, and print.
